ACU graduates can continue to access careers support for 12 months following graduation. This includes one-on-one careers appointments and on-line application support via ACU CareerHub. Graduates have lifetime access to the online job board and careers resources available through ACU Careerhub.
After you graduate, your email account will change from a student account to an Office 365 alumni account so that you can maintain access to your ACU email if you choose.
The change will occur in June for those who graduate in Semester 1, and October for those who graduate in Semester 2. You will lose access to your email account for up to one week while the transition from student to alumni email account occurs.
Your current emails will be retained and accessible after the change. Any email redirection currently active in your student email account will also remain in place when the alumni migration takes place.
If you do not wish to use the alumni account, please make sure that you access your student email account before the change occurs to retrieve important emails or reset email redirections.
To access your alumni email account for the first time, please follow the instructions below:
Visit http://mail.office365.com to access your Office 365 alumni account (please do not use the links to email on other ACU web pages as this provides access only to the current students' email system)
You will be prompted to enter your user ID and password (The User ID will take the format firstname.lastname@example.org where xxxxxxxx is your student number which you were provided with during your most recent enrolment. The password is your date of birth in the 'DDMMYYYY' format, with no slashes '/' or other separators)
This password has been set as temporary and must be changed after your first logon.
Your access to all other ACU online services will be discontinued after you graduate.
